Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, originated in India some six thousand years ago and is considered to be the Mother of all healing systems. It is a holistic system which understands the interconnectedness and the importance of the health of one’s mind, body, and spirit.
Ayurvedic practices empower the individual to understand themselves and optimise their own wellbeing. I have personally found that when one implements the recommendations of Ayurveda, one travels towards optimum health and increased joy.
